Information on the Right of Withdrawal – Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal
A **consumer** is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose. However, use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of this refund.
As only digital content and services provided online or in person are offered, no delivery or shipping costs apply. For in-person appointments, travel costs may be incurred; these will be agreed upon and settled individually.
Special notes regarding digital content
In the case of contracts for digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. PDF files, audio files or similar download products), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if
- You have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
- You have confirmed that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has commenced, and
- we have provided you with a confirmation of this agreement on a durable medium.
Special notes regarding services
For services provided (e.g., one-on-one appointments or coaching sessions), you may request that the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you expressly request that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and the service is fully performed, your right of withdrawal lapses upon complete performance of the contract.
If you withdraw from the contract after the service has already commenced at your express request but has not yet been fully performed, you may be required to pay compensation for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal, provided the statutory conditions for this are met.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning digital content that is not pre-fabricated and the production of which is based on an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which is clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
