I'm Sarah \u2013 a medium, spiritual guide, and yoga teacher.<\/h2>

And yes, I had to learn how to reconnect with that feeling of wholeness myself.\nMy path led me through intense personal experiences into a deep connection with nature and the spirit world. Looking back, I can say that my biggest challenges held the greatest potential for growth. As the saying goes:<\/p>

Tarot as a key to another world<\/strong><\/h2>

Tarot cards help us look deep inside and uncover answers to questions we often can't even put into words.<\/p>

My first deck was a gift from my mother\u2014I wasn\u2019t even 14 at the time.<\/p>

Since then, Tarot has been a constant companion. For a while, the cards were my last lifeline\u2014something I turned to when life felt too overwhelming.<\/p>

Today, they are a powerful channel for communication with the universe and the souls around us.\nOne of my biggest inspirations in working with Tarot was a course I took with the wonderful Gina Spriggs<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yoga teacher training in Bali<\/strong><\/h2>

\"Somehow I see you teaching yoga\u2014not in a studio, but in a garden.\"<\/p>

I heard that sentence from several different people within a short period of time. So I knew, there was something to it. Becoming a yoga teacher in Bali was a true game-changer in my life.\nThere, I discovered what YOGA really means\u2014not just the poses on the mat, but the true purpose of yoga: connection with the universe and the merging of the soul with the spiritual world. For me, yoga is a life philosophy that unites body, mind, and spirit.\nAs a medium, it\u2019s impossible for me not to be a yogini at the same time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mediumship training in England<\/h2>

If you want to experience real-life Hogwarts, you have to go to England.<\/p>

In a country deeply rooted in the spiritual world, my soul has always felt at home.<\/p>

At the renowned Arthur Findlay College, I've trained over the course of several years through seminars and workshops with various mediums\u2014how to clearly and precisely receive messages from the spirit world and read the energy fields (auras) of others.<\/p>

I\u2019ve had the privilege of studying with incredible, internationally respected mediums.\nMost influential for me were the trainings with trance medium and Aussie-born Penny Hayward<\/a>, afterlife communication expert Debra Chalmers<\/a> (especially for children), and the one-of-a-kind Kim Moore-Cullen<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At one burnt-out low point in my career, I took two weeks off and booked a yoga retreat.\nMy mind cleared. My emotions settled. My body felt strong. I was completely ZEN.\nAnd then\u2014I returned to daily life. And in no time at all, everything fell away.<\/p>

Training in systemic coaching gave me the tools to truly support people in navigating lasting transformation.\nWe can all be more in tune with our inner peace\u2014if we learn how to let it flow into every area of our lives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
