Ultimately, it is about feeling whole again\u2014about a quiet, deep sense of arriving within yourself.<\/p>

I am Sarah\u2014a spiritual guide, trained medium, and yoga teacher. I lead people back to their inner home\u2014to a state where they no longer need to look outside themselves, but instead can sense who they are, trust themselves, and feel supported.<\/p>

My own path: from merely functioning back to connection.<\/h2>

And yes, I too had to learn to walk this path\u2014through intense experiences and moments that initially felt like setbacks. Looking back, it was precisely those moments that held the greatest potential for growth.<\/p>

Tarot as a Key to Your Inner Guidance<\/h3>

Tarot cards help us to uncover answers within ourselves \u2013 especially where we've lost our bearings.<\/p>

My first deck was a gift from my mother\u2014I wasn\u2019t even 14 at the time.<\/p>

Since then, the Tarot has been a constant companion. For a while, the cards were my last resort when situations and phases of life became confusing.<\/p>

Over time, they have become a powerful channel for me to communicate with the Universe and with souls. I was particularly shaped and inspired in my mediumistic work with the cards by a course with the internationally recognized expert Gina Spriggs<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Holistic Yoga Teacher Training Courses (Bali & Yin Yoga)<\/h3>

\"Somehow I see you teaching yoga\u2014not in a studio, but in a garden.\"<\/p>

I heard this sentence from several people in a short period of time. I knew there had to be something to it.
The yoga teacher training in Bali was one of the biggest game-changers in my life.
I got to know REAL yoga. Not just the asanas on the mat. But the goal of the entire yoga practice and philosophy: connecting with the universe and the merging of the soul with the spiritual world.<\/p>

But at the same time, I realized: Depth arises not only from expansiveness, but also from stillness.<\/p>

In my Yin Yoga teacher training, I was able to experience exactly that\u2014an even more refined intuition, a longer dwelling, a letting go on a deep level.<\/p>

Yin Yoga has complemented my work in a completely new way:
less doing, more being,
less control, more surrender.<\/p>

For me, yoga is the bridge between body and spirituality. Without this connection, my work would not be complete \u2013 it is the key to making spirituality truly tangible and grounded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Training as a medium for spirit communication (Arthur Findlay College, England)<\/h3>

If you want to experience real-life Hogwarts, you have to go to England.<\/p>

In a country deeply rooted in the spiritual world, my soul has always felt at home.<\/p>

At the renowned Arthur Findlay College, I've trained over the course of several years through seminars and workshops with various mediums\u2014how to clearly and precisely receive messages from the spirit world and read the energy fields (auras) of others.<\/p>

I\u2019ve had the privilege of studying with incredible, internationally respected mediums.\nMost influential for me were the trainings with trance medium and Aussie-born Penny Hayward<\/a>, afterlife communication expert Debra Chalmers<\/a> (especially for children), and the one-of-a-kind Kim Moore-Cullen<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At one burnt-out low point in my career, I took two weeks off and booked a yoga retreat.\nMy mind cleared. My emotions settled. My body felt strong. I was completely ZEN.\nAnd then\u2014I returned to daily life. And in no time at all, everything fell away.<\/p>

Training in systemic coaching gave me the tools to truly support people in navigating lasting transformation.\nWe can all be more in tune with our inner peace\u2014if we learn how to let it flow into every area of our lives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
